Investisseurs & Partenaires is an active partner bringing its skills in management and finance in an entrepreneurial approach.

I&P intervenes as a minority stakeholder. Through this association, we become a real partner to the company, and we participate to its governance, in close relationship with the management team. Our investment is established for a given period of time, after which we exit the company. We are managing several investment funds, which offer different investment deals.

We are always looking for new opportunities corresponding to our investment criteria :

→ Small to medium companies, including start-ups,

→ Based in Sub-Saharan Africa or the Indian Ocean

→ With financing needs between €300,000 and €1,5 million euros (IPAE) or inferior to 300,000€ (IPDEV2)

→ Managed by local teams and entrepreneurs,

→ Within the formal economy

→ In various sectors (Health, agribusiness, Building, fishing, training, distribution, textile, services, microfinance and any other legal sector)

→ With a clear potential in terms of value creation and local impact.

The preliminary study of a funding application requires an average of 2 to 3 weeks*. The investment team will get directly in touch with you if your project matches the above-mentioned criteria.
