I&P strenghtens its health insurance policy for IPAE portfolio

In order to improve the health insurance policies implemented by its partner companies, I&P has developed a support program, with the financial and operational contributions of FISEA (Proparco). The support program will be ensured by the Ivorian consulting firm Afrik Assur, represented by Max de Font-Réaulx.

Max de Font-Réaulx has collaborated with I&P during the 2015 training seminar dedicated to the entrepreneurs in portfolio. This seminar addressed CSR issues, with a particular focus on employees’ well-being and motivation. M. de Font-Réaulx established a feasibility study on how to improve the health insurance systems in the companies of I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs portfolio.

The support will focus on health insurance and protection policies, but could extend to other insurance-related issues if needed.

I&P and Afrik Assur will bring a personalized support to the companies applying for the program, adapted to their needs. This new program also represents an opportunity for I&P to develop portfolio cross-cutting policies on health insurance issues.
