Charlotte Specht

Charlotte joiined the team of I&P in March 2022 as Invesment Officer for the program ''IPDEV 2", consisting in launching a network of 10 African funds dedicated to small growing businesses.

Prior to joining I&P, Charlotte worked for eight years in the hospitality and tourism sector in Africa, including five years based in Abidjan (Ivory Coast). She was first a consultant for six years at Horwath HTL, a consulting firm specializing in hospitality and tourism, for which she launched the West African subsidiary. She then held the position of Director of Development for the African hotel group Mangalis for two years.

Charlotte holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship from NEOMA Business School.
