Caty Diokhané

Based in Dakar, Caty is responsible for I&P Accélération Technologies and I&P Digital Energy programs.

Caty's professional experience began in 2007 with Equinox Consulting, a Paris-based consulting firm specializing in the banking sector, where she worked on credit risk management issues (in the context of Basel II implementation) and Project Management activities (IT, Organization & Processes).

When she came back to Senegal in 2012, she discovered the African SME environment, working on technical assistance (organization/processes, finance and marketing) and financing support; first within a management and strategy consulting firm in Dakar, AFiBA, then on her own account. At the beginning of 2021, Caty joined the German Technical Cooperation, GIZ, as part of the "Access to finance for SMEs in Senegal" project, aimed at improving the financing ecosystem for Senegalese SMEs. Building on this experience, she joined I&P in December 2022, hoping to contribute to the development of African SMEs.
