As we embark on this new year, we extend our best wishes for happiness, success, personal and professional fulfillment throughout 2024!

The I&P team takes great pride in the achievements of recent years, as showcased in our annual impact report. With a portfolio of over 260 companies, including 63 SMEs financed in 2023, the creation of more than 12,000 jobs and a positive impact on nearly 4 million people, our commitment to sustainable development in Africa is truly meaningful.

Entering 2024, we acknowledge the multitude of challenges ahead, encompassing security, electoral processes, monetary concerns, and climate-related issues. These obstacles come on top of the ongoing challenges faced by the SMEs we support. However, this only intensifies our determination to be steadfast allies to entrepreneurs, offering close, attentive, and innovative support, always guided by high standards.

The upcoming year will witness the renewal and expansion of our funds and programs, providing a wide range of financing and support solutions crafted by I&P over two decades of experience. We reflect on this journey in a new film on I&P.  

To succeed, we rely more than ever on the entrepreneurial spirit and growth of the I&P team and its partner teams, now totaling over 180 members based in twelve different countries. This diversity is a strength, and an absolutely unique element in the impact investment sector in Africa.

We look forward to deepening our partnerships with the community of impact investors in Africa - investment teams, African and international institutions investing in our initiatives or supporting entrepreneurial ecosystems, business experts for technical assistance missions, and networks of entrepreneurs and financiers.Together, we can tryuly showcase the potential of Africa's entrepreneurial dynamism!

With enthusiasm and determination, we embrace the new year, ready to provide ever greater and ever better support to the entrepreneurs who are transforming Africa!
