Laurencia Rivesty joined the I&P team as HR Project Manager in November 2023. Laurencia is in charge of human resources management for I&P's subsidiaries in France, Africa and Madagascar.
She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Poitiers in France and from INSCAE in Madagascar, and has six years' experience in human resources, working across diverse sectors.
