César Harinjara Randrianarivelo

César Harinjara RANDRIANARIVELO joined Investisseurs & Partenaires in 2024 as Senior Finance Monitoring Officer. Based in Madagascar, he is responsible for the financial, accounting, and budgetary management of acceleration programs, particularly within IPED, and participates in audit monitoring and the strengthening of internal control systems.

César holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing and a Master's degree in Management Control and Operational Auditing from INSCAE. He worked as an auditor at EY Madagascar, then as a strategy and finance consultant at AVAHI, a firm specializing in sustainable development, before joining I&P.
