EVPA released its 2013/2014 survey, an important yearly indication of the growth of the Venture Philanthropy and Social Investment sector.
This year’s report shows notably:
- A 28% increase in average spend per organization from €6.3 million to €8.0 million over the past year
- With €5 billion invested in social organisations and projects since the approach started gaining ground ten years ago, the survey shows increased momentum for the sector, and an increase in available resources for social purpose organisations.
- That over 95% of respondents now use impact measurement, and that 85% of organizations use impact measurement to inform decisions about unlocking new funding.
