AGRO-AQUACULTURE is an innovative company operating in the aquaculture sector, specifically in fish farming. AGRO-AQUACULTURE, founded in 2022 by Aguibou BARRY and Amadou Oury BARRY, is led by two young entrepreneurs who complement each other well.

• Aguibou BARRY, co-founder and principal manager, holds a bachelor's degree in public law and has over six years of experience in fish farming and geotechnics in Côte d'Ivoire and Mali. Formerly head of the fish farm at Koudjis Mali, he has solid expertise in hatchery development and fish farming training, as well as a sustainable strategic vision.
• Amadou Oury BARRY, co-founder and co-manager, has a degree in journalism and switched to fish farming in 2019. He brings his skills in administrative management, communication, and business development, supporting the internal structure and growth of the company through his network and commitment.

AGRO-AQUACULTURE is supported by I&P Acceleration FARM. This partnership will enable the company to:

• Increase its production capacity by creating a semi-modern hatchery capable of producing between 20,000 and 25,000 fry every 75 days;
• Set up a fish feed production unit;
• Strengthen its financial and commercial management capabilities;
• Contribute to the promotion of the fish farming sector at the national level.

Fatou & Kadija Entreprise is a Guinean company operating since 2014 in processing and drying fruit juices, mainly pineapple-based, marketed Jedengui.

The entrepreneur

Fatou & Kadija Entreprise was created by Fatoumata CISSOKO, a Guinean entrepreneur committed to the development and promotion of fruit (especially the pineapple sector). She holds a degree in accounting and management from the Consular University (UNIC) and a higher technical diploma in accounting and management from the Kofi Annan University of Guinea (UKAG), and has several years' experience in fruit processing.

• Increase its production capacity by installing a new 1000 L/day fruit juice production line

Magoé Technologie is a Guinean company specializing in educational technologies.

Its educational platform, Magoé Education, is currently available in two versions: Android (downloadable via Play Store) and web (accessible via https://magoe.fr/). It comprises two distinct solutions, each targeting a specific customer segment:

• Magoé Mon école : This is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed for schools, universities and institutes. This solution is designed to simplify and secure the management of these establishments, quickly and efficiently.
• Magoé Révision : This e-learning solution is designed for primary, secondary and high school students. It enables students to revise and practice all subjects, wherever they are, even without an Internet connection. It enables parents to track the revision progress of their registered children.

The entrepreneur

Magoé Technologie was founded by Mazoughou GOPEOGUI, a Guinean entrepreneur with some 16 years' experience in education and educational technology (EDTECH). He holds a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in electronics, focusing on energy and environmental systems, from the Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry (UGANC).

Luxcosmetiks is a company which evolves in the production and marketing of perfumes and body care under the brand Star in Guinea.

The entrepreneurs

Luxcosmetiks was created in 2019 by two entrepreneurs:

• Thierno Boubacar Diallo: Holder of a professional degree in Financial Engineering obtained at the Ecole Supérieure de Direction et de Gestion (ESDG-Rabat) in 2013, he has several years of experience in the cosmetics and perfumery sector in particular.
• Abdoul Hamidou Diallo: He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and another in Accountability from Kennesaw State University (in Georgia).

Demal Expertises is a Guinean company that specializes in the transformation of cocoa into chocolate, cocoa powder, cocoa butter and roasted beans under the brand Zeïna Cacao. It was created to boost the cocoa sector from production to consumption.

The entrepreneure

Demal Expertises was created in 2020 by Djénabou Diallo, an agronomist and specialist in the coffee-cocoa sector. This young entrepreneur is recognized for her commitment to the cocoa sector and to female entrepreneurship. She has a strong knowledge of production techniques and masters the cocoa value chain in Guinea.
