I-Futur

I-Futur is a Niger-based start-up specialized in the development of web and mobile applications. In addition, it has developed its own solutions/applications, notably the IPAY solution (payment aggregator), which has various applications, such as online payment of the A-levels or payment of school fees.
The entrepreneur
I-Futur was created in 2017 by Mr Sidikou BOUBACAR, an IT and telecom engineer with several experiences in major groups such as Orange Niger.

Afroto

Afroto is a Niger-based industrialized production company for premium visuals, based on a networked community and present in 15 African countries for the benefit of institutional clients. The company offers international organizations and institutions photo and video coverage of their events. The ambition of this young SME is to create the leading community of photographers and videographers in Africa.

Afroto was founded by Alexandre Bonneau, a young entrepreneur passionate about photography. Holder of a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from SKEMA Business School (France), he started photography at the age of 14 and through feedback from meetings with photographers/videographers before enrolling in master classes and other training courses

Hi-Tech Solutions was created in 2013 by Edmond Doudou Amadou Moctar. Working in the fields of energy and finance in Niger for more than 9 years, he started his professional career in 2005, where he worked in several structures such as BOA Niger, Care International as a Financier and Accountant. He has been several times leader and member of the Nigerian delegation of business leaders for the trade mission and business opportunities at the level of exhibitions dedicated to solar and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Burkina Faso, Turkey, England, Tunisia and France.

Liberty Pressing

Liberty Pressing is a company specialized in dry cleaning, ironing and laundry services in Niger. The company currently employs 11 people with a processing capacity of 44 kg/wash or 704 kg per day. It has a head office where all the linen treatment activities take place and which also serves as a linen collection point, and two annexes opened in the city of Niamey.

Liberty Pressing was created and is managed by Abdoul-Razak GARANKE SEYNI. Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (LSTCF) and a Master 1 option Accounting-Control-Audit (CCA) of the ESCAE of Niamey, he started in the laundry sector in 2013 in TOP NET PRESSING, which became TOP NETTOYAGE today, as a general manager. In 2018, he created his own company for which he brings his personal touch and experience. Mr. Seyni has an excellent knowledge of the operational aspects as well as the different elements that go into the quality satisfaction of his customers and takes care of the quality control, the packaging of the items and the grouped delivery of the treated items.

Liberty Pressing is supported by I&P and SINERGI through I&P Acceleration in Sahel. The main objective of this partnership is to develop the company's activities, which today are mainly oriented towards individual customers, into a company capable of meeting the needs of hotel structures, hospitals/clinics, the private sector in B2B and the proposal of a new service on the market, which is self-service laundry and dry cleaning.
The seed funding will specifically allow to conduct a market study to refine Liberty Pressing's positioning

Adji Graphic Services (AGS)

ADJI GRAPHIC SERVICES (AGS) is a printing company in Niger.
The entrepreneur
The company was created by Maman Moussa, who had a career in printing, notably at the Nouvelle Imprimerie du Niger (NIN), a company in which he worked for 36 years before founding his own printing company. Mr. Moussa has a degree in law and has benefited from several capacity building trainings acquired in Niger, Tunisia, and France. He has thus developed experience and technical skills in three areas: graphic creation of visuals, composition and layout, creation of multiple graphic works and layout (collection of laws and regulations of Niger).

AGS is supported by Sinergi through I&P Acceleration in Sahel. This partnership aims at funding the acquisition of more modern equipment facilitating faster production with new production processes and better rendering. This project aims primarily to improve the speed of order fulfillment, increase the company’s production capacity and recruit a sales team.
Volaille du Sahel

Volaille du Sahel is a start-up that produces and sells hallal meat (chicken, guinea fowl, chicken derivatives) in Niger.
THE ENTREPRENEURS
Volaille du Sahel was created in 2018 by two associates:
- Harouna Nouhou Abdoulaye: With a Masters degree in business management, he registers years of work experience in telecommunications where he was in charge of marketing and sales management. He then evolved as a zone developer in the Maradi region at Zamani Telecom.
- Ibrahim Mamane Laminou: He holds a master's degree in computer science from Abdou Moumouni University in Niamey and a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from Sun Yat Sen University in Canton, China.

Sapta

Sapta is a company producing and selling cleaning products in Niger. After a set-up phase, the company began production of multi-purpose powdered detergents under the Sapta brand. Today, it is the only company in Niger that produces this type of product locally. The company is also interested in the solid soap market for which it offers mainly 120g and 180g soaps under the brand name Haske. These soaps are multi-purpose and can be used for washing, cleaning and toiletry.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
Sapta was founded in 2015 by Mohamed Ahmed Abdourahamane, who after his Higher Technician's Certificate (BTS) in marketing, obtained in 2007, started in the agribusiness as an importer of rice and oil between Niger, Benin and Nigeria. Following the crisis of the Naira in 2009 and the drop in the price of oil in 2014 that shook Nigeria, the commercial activities of the promoter in the direction of Nigeria were strongly affected. It is on this occasion that he identified the sanitary products sector as a good investment opportunity in Niger where he is originally from.
SINERGI'S CONTRIBUTION
Sapta is supported by Sinergi and I&P through I&P Acceleration in Sahel. The main objective of this project, which will be deployed over a period of 24 months, is to supply raw materials from Côte d'Ivoire in order to prepare Sapta for the consolidation of production and to mitigate any future risk of stock outs.
