Éric Ravohitrarivo is Investment Director at Miarakap, an impact fund dedicated to SMEs and start-ups in Madagascar. He joined the team in February 2019.
Having always been drawn to the world of entrepreneurship, Eric was the organizer of a start-up ideation competition for students during his academic years at INSCAE. His career choice demonstrates his passion for the investment world and his growing expertise in this field.
He began his professional career as an intern at Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) Madagascar for 9 months, where he gained a solid understanding of the processes involved in evaluating and analyzing investment opportunities. In 2019, he joined Miarakap as an Investment Officer and thanks to his dedication and talent, he quickly progressed to become Investment Manager, assuming responsibility for supervising teams and also for properly monitoring the health of Miarakap's portfolio companies.
Today, after 5 years of investment and solid proof of his expertise, he is stepping up to the plate and taking on the role of Investment Director at Miarakap.
