Idylle Lipski joined the I&P Écosystèmes team in March 2026 as a Junior Consultant based in Paris. 

Before joining I&P, Idylle gained experience in the fields of international development, public finance, and entrepreneurship in Africa. She notably worked at the French Development Agency as a Junior Project Manager in the Productive Systems Division, on projects related to entrepreneurship and the inclusive economy. Previously, she served as a Junior Economist at the African Development Bank, within the EInA (Entrepreneurship Innovations and Advice North Africa) unit, and at the French Treasury’s General Directorate, in the Regional Economic Office in Rabat, where she was responsible for work in macroeconomics and finance. She also served as Economic and Development Attaché at the Permanent Mission of Djibouti to the United Nations. She began her professional career with an internship in international public affairs at a consulting firm. 

Idylle holds two master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris, in Economics and Public Affairs and in International Development.
