Julie Rouxel

Based in Dakar, Julie joined the I&P Conseil team in 2022 and works both on the coordination of acceleration programs and on consulting missions.

She graduated with a Master's degree in International Development from Sciences Po's School of International Business, and has focused her career on access to quality employment as a lever for development.
