Nouss Bih

Nouss has been Investment Director on the IPDEV team since September 2024.

In this role, she is responsible for launching and supporting IPDEV-sponsored management teams on the African continent. Previously, Nouss spent 6 years at I&P between 2015 and 2021, as Investment Manager in charge of Côte d'Ivoire for the IPAE team, based in Abidjan.

Between 2022 and 2024, Nouss launched the investment activity in French-speaking West Africa of an investment fund specializing in the agri-food industry.

Before joining I&P, Nouss gained experience in investment banking, mainly in Chile, where she was involved in structuring export credit loans and trade finance lines.

Nouss holds a master's degree in management from ESCP Europe, Paris, and an MBA from Saïd Business School, Oxford University.
