Tsilavina joined Miarakap as Consulting Manager in 2021 with the same conviction that integrating SMEs into development strategies is an essential lever for economic growth. Today, he leads the Consulting team and also participates in Miarakap's strategic direction.

He chose a career in Consulting because it enables him to use his skills and knowledge to help organizations overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. The diversity of assignments and customers, and the opportunity to work with talented teams, have reinforced his attraction to this field.

From the outset of his career, his passion for development, particularly business development, has always been present. He started out working for a consultancy specializing in tourism and private sector development, before moving on to an international consultancy specializing in organization and economic studies, financial engineering and project management.
