Yann Bouadi

Based in Paris, Yann Bouadi is in charge of HR missions within I&P.

Before joining I&P, Yann began his professional career with the DESTIA and CLARIANE groups, where he held the position of Human Resources Officer, working alongside Human Resources Directors on administrative and operational management missions, compliance of legal and social procedures, and management of Quality of Working Life (QWL) policies. On the strength of this experience, he then joined the Prime Minister's office as Proximity Manager for the Cabinet and Correspondence, with responsibilities for recruitment, administrative management of human resources and secondment procedures.

Yann holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Côte d'Ivoire, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the École Supérieure de Gestion (ESG) in Tours, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, with a specialization in Health and Quality of Life at Work, from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) in Tours.
