SPH inaugurates its factory in Burkina Faso

 

Specialized in the production and marketing of soap made from local products, the Savonnerie Parfumerie du Houet (SPH) has reached a new stage in its development with the opening of a new production factory in Bobo-Dioulasso. The inauguration of this new factory took place this Thursday, November 25, 2021 in the economic capital of Burkina Faso.

Entrepreneurial Story: Dr. Wisdom Amegbletor, Director of New Crystal Health Services

 

Dr. Wisdom Amegbletor is a medical doctor and an entrepreneur. After completing University of Ghana Medical School in 1999, he completed his mandatory housemanship and then decided to work at Greenshield Clinic in Sefwi-Wiawso, a rural town in the Western region of Ghana. This experience inspired him to found New Crystal Health Services in 2003, a leading and one of the fastest growing private healthcare service providers in Ghana.

Ed Partners Africa (Kenya) raises fund from I&P, Acumen and Zephyr

 

Nairobi-based Ed Partners Africa, an affordable private schools financing company, has raised US $1.9m (Ksh205 million) to expand its presence and enable the unserved affordable private schools market access to credit.

The funds were raised from from Acumen, I&P (through its fund I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2) and Zephyr with participation from existing investors.

Closing of the fourth edition of the Social & Inclusive Business Camp
