Three years after launching the fund I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs (IPAE), time has come to provide a rapid overview on current investments and future prospects. Since 2012, IPAE has committed a total amount of 20 million euros to support 20 companies located in 11 African countries. 20 new investments will be carried out by the end of the investment period, in 2018.

Commitments are in line with the investment strategy of the fund

The Principality of Monaco, through its International Cooperation for Development, has decided to support the implementation of IPDEV2, with a donation of 428,000€. On January 23, Jean-Michel Severino and Olivier Lafourcade signed the Agreement between Monaco and IPDEV2. 

Following the successful organization in November 2012 and November 2013 of two conferences dedicated to Africa Finance, Kusuntu-le-Club, Orrick Rambaud Martel and Investisseurs & Partenaires held on February 12^th their third Africa Finance conference, developed this year around the key theme of ‘’impact investing’’. The conference gathered 30 speakers and about 150 participants.

Initiated by the photoreporer Joan Bardeletti and Investisseurs & Partenaires, the project "Small is Powerful" aims to propose a new vision of the African continent. Focusing on five Small and Medium Enterprises, the project explores their activities as well as their social and environmental impacts.

A perfect time to review the main highlights of 2014 and outlooks for the coming year.

The annual meeting gathering the entrepreneurs supported by I&P is held on November 27 and 28 in the premises of the Business School HEC Paris. The Seminar focuses this year on a particularly crucial issue for African SMEs: the Management Information System (MIS). This was the opportunity for the 38 participating entrepreneurs and I&P's team to exchange and share best practices. 

The 11^th conference organized by the AFD (French Development Agency), Proparco and EUDN (European Development Research Network) is held on December 3^rd in Paris.

Kusuntu-le-Club, Orrick Rambaud Martel and Investisseurs & Partenaires are organizing the third edition of the Africa Finance Conference, entitled “Impact and Returns through Responsible Investments in Corporate Africa”. The conference will be held in Paris on February 12 2015.
