Béchir Malum, author of I&P's pictures database, exhibited in Arles

Béchir Malum's works will be exhibited on next April 1st to 15th at the Espace Van Gogh in Arles. His paintings will be exhibited as well as some of the photographs he shot in the companies of I&P's portfolio. Mauritanian artist Oumar Laball will share the event, in a joint introduction to Mauritanian art held by the Club des Jumelages d'Arles-Sagné.

JM Severino spoke at the 1st Africa SMB Forum in Casablanca on March 12th

Investisseurs & Partenaires took part to the Africa SMB Forum through the speech given by JM Severino in Casablanca on the opening ceremony of the 1st Africa SMB Forum called “How to invest in Africa”. This first meeting was held by the Africa SMB platform created in 2012 by Dogad Dogoui, a French-Ivorian entrepreneur and dedicated to the promotion and strengthening of an African network of Small and Medium entrepreneurs.

More than twenty years ago, and with Eric Fottorino and Christophe Guillemin, we wrote a book called “Need of Africa” (*). There was no lack of pitying smiles and sneers. We were treated, at best, as “good people”.

Today the situation has changed. The continent to our south is growing fast. It has a very long way to go, but it is showing us the way, in terms of growth. A growth which is our chance too. There is so much to build together.

“Investisseurs & Partenaires" company is pleased to announce the final closing of its private equity fund “I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs” at Euro 54 Million

Launched in May 2012, the private equity fund IPAE dedicated to SMEs in sub-Saharan Africa, announce its third and final closing at around € 54 million, ahead of its initial target. The Funds counts now 37 investors.

 

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE IPAE FUND IS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE EMERGENCE OF A SUSTAINABLE AND DYNAMIC PRIVATE SECTOR IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA.
