Bagoré Bathily

Bagoré Bathily is the Founder and Director of La Laiterie du Berger, a company engaged in the construction of a Senegalese dairy industry. The company has been accompanied since its inception in 2004 by I&P, which was also in its initial stages at the time. The company has become the leader in fresh dairy products in Senegal, and is the first B Corp-certified company in the country.

Before founding his company, he worked as a rural veterinarian in Europe and then in a Mauritanian NGO dedicated to rural development.

Bagoré Bathily has been a member of the I&P Supervisory Board since 2022.
