Data and Lessons from Pioneering LPs and GPs" sponsored by the Argidius Foundation, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) provides a comprehensive analysis of the fundraising landscape, fund models and return profiles of SME funds across Africa.

I&P exits the capital of Enko Education, a network of international African schools that gives the continent's youth access to the best universities in the world, a company in which I&P invested in 2016 through the I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 1 fund from the earliest stages of the company's development, alongside Proparco.

Focus : 

From November 5 to 7, 2024, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) and Le Club Africain des Entrepreneurs co-hosted the tenth edition of the Séminaire Entrepreneurs.

70 African entrepreneurs from a dozen sub-Saharan African countries, financed by the I&P network, met for a 3-day training course focused this year on “ Improving business management and succeeding in raising funds ”.

I&P has just released its latest impact and ESG reports for the I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs (IPAE) 1 and 2 funds, showcasing the significant contributions of these funds to the African private sector.

IPAE are generalist funds that invest in equity and quasi-equity as a minority shareholder in startups and businesses located in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean, with financing needs ranging from €300,000 to €3 million.

I&P is proud to be a member of 2X Global and one of the first private investors to commit to promote and finance women’s economic empowerment under the new edition of the 2X Challenge, 2024-2027.

I&P partner companies AerialMetric (Madagascar, IPAE), Etudesk (Ivory Coast, IPAS), Concree (Senegal, Investment Readiness - I&P Conseil), Keiwa (Ivory Coast, IPAT) and Sayna (Madagascar, IPAT) were present at the 2024 edition of Viva Technology in Paris.
