I&P holds its first General Assembly on the African Continent

 

On October 16, 2018, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) hold for the first time its General Assembly in Africa, gathering about twenty investors in Abidjan.

At this occasion I&P hold a press conference to highlight the rapid expansion of its team, especially in Africa, its ambitious recruitment objectives in all its countries of operation and the launch of 5 new impact funds in sub-Saharan Africa over the next 5 years.

I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2 (IPAE 2) carries out its first investments

 

The fund I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2, launched in December 2017 with a first closing at €50 million, made its first investments. Operating in various sectors of activity, the first companies of IPAE 2 portfolio share a common feature: the choice to develop their activities, from the outset, in several African countries. Two of them also share a strong technological component.

The Education Impact Fund makes a first investment: Editions Vallesse

 

The Education Impact Fund (EIF), an impact fund dedicated to education in Côte d'Ivoire, announces a first investment in the company Vallesse Editions.

Launched in November 2017 in partnership with the Jacobs Foundation, the EIF is managed by Comoé Capital, the first investment company dedicated to financing and supporting high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Côte d'Ivoire.
